With 10 years of experience in construction, Jennifer brings a strong background in marketing and sales to the Reliance family. As our office coordinator, she keeps everything running smoothly while also tapping into her creative side through marketing all of our social media pages. When asked what she loves most about her job, she said it’s the creativity of marketing and, of course, her amazing co-workers!
Born in Gulfport, Jennifer is a true artist at heart. When she’s not keeping our schedule in check, you’ll find her painting canvases, sculpting, or showing off her skills as a pool table shark. Most importantly, she cherishes time spent with her grandkids, making memories that mean the most.
Thomas, Owner
Thomas is a seasoned professional, bringing over 13 years of expertise in all aspects of plumbing, from new construction and remodeling to service calls. With extensive experience in both residential and commercial projects, he has established a reputation for his in-depth knowledge and commitment to high-quality workmanship. His exceptional dedication and skills were recognized in 2023 with the prestigious Expert of the Year award.
Outside of work, Thomas enjoys traveling, watching his kids’ activities, cheering for LSU, and spending time with his family. Whether at a game or on vacation, he values the time spent with loved ones and the experiences that come with it.
Andrew, Lead Specialist
Andrew is a highly skilled Lead Plumber with over 14 years of experience in the plumbing industry. His extensive knowledge and dedication to his craft are evident in the quality of his work. As a lead plumber, Andrew plays a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. His expertise, reliability, and commitment to excellence make him a vital team member.
Beyond his work in plumbing, Andrew is deeply involved in his community, serving as a student pastor at his church. This role allows him to mentor and guide others, showcasing his commitment to making a positive impact both professionally and personally. When he’s not working or serving at his church, Andrew enjoys spending quality time with his family and dog. Whether it’s relaxing at home or exploring new activities together, he values moments that strengthen his bonds with loved ones.
Ladarius, Plumbing Assistant
Ladarius has 4 years of experience in both residential and commercial plumbing projects, specializing in new construction, remodeling, and plumbing. His background in plumbing, framing, and home construction provides him with a well-rounded skill set, ensuring that every project is completed with precision. He’s known to his team for his friendly and approachable demeanor. It comes as no surprise that his favorite part of the job is meeting new people.
When he’s not working, Ladarius enjoys spending time with his family. This time away from the job helps him maintain a healthy work-life balance, ensuring he remains energized and focused in both his professional and personal life.
Douglas – Lead Specialist
With over 22 years of experience in plumbing, Douglas brings extensive knowledge and expertise to every project. A native of Plaquemine, Louisiana, he is known for his strong work ethic and reliability. His problem-solving skills and years of hands-on experience make him a trusted professional among both clients and colleagues. His favorite part of the job is seeing the finished houses, knowing that he and his team had a part in it.
Beyond plumbing, Douglas enjoys spending his free time barbecuing, doing yard work, working on cars, and experiencing the simple joys of life. Whether he’s grilling up a feast or tackling a new project, he takes pride in hard work and attention to detail, both on and off the job.
Todd – Plumbing Assistant
With a lifetime of experience in the plumbing industry, Todd has been working in the trade on and off since he was 16 years old. His passion for the job still remains strong, and he brings a wealth of knowledge to every project. His favorite part of the work? The people around him, and the hands-on process of getting things done. His hands-on experience and extensive knowledge are exactly what makes him a valuable asset to the team.
When he’s not on the job, Todd stays busy outdoors, whether he’s working in the yard or enjoying a relaxing day at the beach.
Travis – Plumbing Assistant
Travis has been in the plumbing industry for about 14 months and is already making an impact. He enjoys the work environment and the camaraderie of his co-workers, making every job a great experience. With a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn, Travis is quickly becoming a skilled professional in the trade. His attention to detail and problem-solving mindset makes him a reliable team member who takes pride in every task he tackles.
Outside of work, Travis has a passion for building and riding bicycles and motorcycles, always finding new projects to take on during the weekends.
